Umenoyado Aragoshi Umeshu is made with high quality sake and natural Japanese plums. Aragoshi means "roughly mash" and refers to the ume plum puree that is added to the umeshu at the end for extra depth and giving it a nigori-like texture. A beautiful umeshu with smooth, silky textures and a sweet aroma and flavour.
