The Toko Hidarikiki is made with Dewa-San-San rice, giving it a fruity aroma and light and fresh taste. Hidarikiki means left handed person and was a name used for drinkers, because the right hand was holding the tokkuri flask while the left hand would be holding the ochoko cup to drink.
