This brut sparkling sake from Ninki-ichi is a naturally sparkling junmai ginjo sake produced by the fermentation of pure rice and rice malt in the bottle. It has a higher alcohol content thn the usual sparkling sake and is dry so it pairs extremely well with most dishes.
