The Nanbu Bijin Ginjo has a nice aroma that reminds of cotton candy with a clean finish. This sake pairs well with any type of food and we recommend to serve it chilled. Local Hitomebore rice is used to produce this sake together with subsoil water from Orizumebasenkyo (Iwate Prefectural Natural Park), which is low to medium in calcium content.
