Masumi AKA - 1.8L

Masumi's AKA (crimson/red) is bright, yet deep. Brewed as a Yamahai (using their own Masumi N0.7 yeast) to give it complexity and savoury umami flavours. Has subtle fruit and dairy aromas and a refreshing acidity.
