Distilled by Kiuchi brewery, also known for their sake and craft beer (Hitachino). The Hinomaru KOME (meaning: rice) is a single blend of malt and high quality sake rice, it is made with rice powder which from their rice polishing machines, used for making sake. The rice powder comes mainly from the high quality Yamada Nishiki rice. This distillate is aged for over 3 years in Bourbon barrels and the second malt distillate as well.
