Distilled by Kiuchi brewery, also known for their sake and craft beer (Hitachino). The Hinomaru Craft Gin is a traditional gin made with 12 botanicals such as yuzu, Fukurai mandarin and sansho pepper. The botanicals are carefully blended with rice shochu that is aged in cedar barrels giving it a distinctive and fascinating flavour.
