Hana Awaka is a light sparkling, sweet and fresh sake. You will find ripe pear, yellow plums and a hint of cherry blossoms and yeast in it's aroma. A refreshing and mild sparkling sake. Delicious as an aperitif or with fruit like cherries and strawberries.
