Hinomaru Craft Gin - 700ml

Authentic Japanese whisky brewed, fermented, distilled, wood aged and bottled in Japan. Unlike many other "Japanese" brands these days. Distilled by Kiuchi brewery, also known for their sake and craft beer (Hitachino). The Hinomaru Craft Gin is a traditional gin made with 12 botanicals such as yuzu, Fukurai mandarin and sansho pepper. The botanicals are carefully blended with rice shochu that is aged in cedar barrels giving it a distinctive and fascinating flavour.
