Like all Ninki-Ichi sakes, this is a hand made sake using traditional means using only top quality rice. The Ninki-Ichi Gold has a very crisp and fresh flavour and is very very smooth with a fragrant aroma. Best enjoyed in a wine glass. Because of it's smoothness it can be paired with most dishes, fish and vegetable dishes in particular. The Ninki-Ichi Gold has won the following awards:
