Lee Gang Ju is an exclusive traditional Korean liquor made with pears, ginger and cinnamon. Made by distilling wine based on rice and barley. Ingredients were selected based on their Yin and Yang so as to create a balanced drink. The flavour of Lee Gang Ju becomes rounder as the liquor ages.
