Umeshu
Umeshu is a sweet Japanese (dessert) liquor often made by not fully ripe Ume (sort of plum), sugar or honey and Shochu or Sake. Umeshu is also sometimes referred as plum wine. Drink cold, on the rocks or at room temperature.
