Shipping and returns
Orders placed (and paid) before 14:00 and if all items are in stock at our main warehouse (with the exception of mistakes in the stock system).
We ship all our orders with DHL Parcel.DHL Parcel normally delivers between 09:00 and 18:00. When you are not home to accept the delivery they will attempt a second delivery the next working day or leave it at the nearest DHL Service Point where you will have 7 days time to pick it up. DHL Parcel delivers on all days except Sunday.

If you receive your order and the contents is damaged, you need to report this within 2 days of receiving the shipment. Please report damages to email@example.com and include clear photos of the damaged products and if possible also photos of the damaged packaging.
If you are not satisfied with one of the products, you can always send it back to us (at your own expense) or return it to our warehouse. If you wish to return something, you have to notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 8 days of receiving your order.
